YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy information

This page explains how information submitted through the Security X website is used.

Applications

The application form collects your contact details (email, main and optional alternative phone numbers), full current address and postcode, location, role of interest, SIA licence type, badge number and expiry date, a badge photograph where a licence is held, an optional applicant photograph, five-year work and address histories, availability, experience and right-to-work response. It also collects the name, relationship, phone numbers and address of your nominated next of kin / emergency contact. These details are used to review your interest in joining Security X and contact you about next steps. Work and address histories support recruitment review. Badge details and photographs support separate licence and identity checks. Emergency contact details are collected for possible future use if you join the team; tell your nominated contact before providing them. Do not submit bank details, medical information or identity documents other than the requested SIA badge photograph.

Business enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company name, service interest and message. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry.

Storage and access

Application details are stored in the website’s hosted database and photographs in private hosted file storage. Access to the management back office is restricted to authorised management. Submissions are not displayed publicly. Management can update notes and remove records and associated photographs when they are no longer required. Exported copies downloaded by management must be handled separately.
